You know what’s become my old standby for frozen yogurt when I randomly need a cup? Blush.
In fairness to other froyo spots, Blush is within walking distance from where I work, but even if it wasn’t, it would still be among my faves. On one or two Very Special Occasions, it’s been my lunch. Located nice and close to AT&T park, Blush Organic Frozen Yogurt is a splendid place to stop for a spot of dessert. It’s spacious, with indoor and outdoor seating, vibrant green walls, and TVs that are usually showing the afternoon or evening’s local sporting event. I’ve been to this place more than enough times to fill up a frequent buyer card.
The yogurt is great. Lovely flavors like pineapple, guava, pistachio, or mango are often available, and one of the highlights for me is Blush’s signature flavor (also called Blush.) It’s a combination of pomegranate and dragonfruit, and I’ve never seen anything else like it. I’ve also found fabulous seasonal flavors here, like Gingerbread and Pumpkin, and when you are a frozen yogurt connoisseur and spend ample time trying to hunt down seasonal flavors, it’s quite a delight to know that they’ll probably be found at Blush.
Nothing negative to say about this place. Toppings are plentiful, service is good, location is pleasant. On a nice day there’s nothing better than taking a stroll around the ballpark area with your froyo. Plus, you just might spot Paisley and Rose on a repeat Ice Cream Adventure.
